This 16th century Engadine farmhouse is located in the heart of the historic village centre of Pontresina, Graubünden. The renovation is carried out with great care and with the aim of meeting the highest expectations. The more so as this is a listed building with numerous conditions.

A luxurious and unique house is being built here. The living space of over 1000 m2 is impressive. The antique elements date back to the 16th century and are preserved as far as possible.

This project was completed in January 2015.
